Junior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Responding to general inquiries and RFQs, evaluating technical requirements, prospecting opportunities, and proposing creative solutions that match customer demands
- Sending quotations, processing POs, rise PO to suppliers according to Global price list, providing delivery updates, and managing various aspects of order processing and production operation
- Initiating RMAs, providing after-sales support, and communicating customer concerns with quality, engineering, and management
- Maintaining detailed customer records in CRM system and nurturing customer relationships with routine outreach and communication
- Managing qualification of new products, creating and maintaining sales documentation, and identifying critical product characteristics and features necessary for future revenue growth
- Researching potential markets for new and existing products and technology, identifying opportunities, conducting competitive analysis, and developing commercialization strategies
- Representing company in various marketing and sales activities, such as industry trade shows, conferences, sales site visits, and customer facility audits
- Preparing technical presentations that explain complex products and technology to current and prospective customers
- Writing detailed development proposals, assisting in contract negotiation, and managing various aspects of custom design projects
- Assisting Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Operating Officer in various responsibilities related to driving revenue growth
- Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments
- Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
- Provide high level technical support to external customer satisfaction their location
- Develop Service technical documentation
- Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
- Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
Requirements:
- Technical Higher education
- Minimum one-year work experience with high pressure test pumps is preferred
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English languages is absolutely necessary, Russian language is preferred
- Must be stress-resistant, honest and analytical
- Communication skills, attentiveness, activity, responsibility
- Computer skills - MS Office, Word, Excel
Warehouse Technician

Reportable to: Operation coordinator
Entry-level technician. Receipt, delivery, and distribution of materials and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials and equipment.
- Maintains cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Ensures the warehouse is properly secured at all times.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts as directed.
- Maintains physical condition of the warehouse by inspecting equipment; and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Delivery of materials to job site locations as directed by others.
- Pick-up of materials from job sites as directed by others.
- Preassembly of telecommunication solutions as directed by others.
- Delivery of the tools for drill bit premake job
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid Driver’s License (manual drive mode)
- Must be able to lift to 20 kg.
- Must be fit for offshore
