Job Responsibilities:
Specific job responsibilities are not limited to:
- Develop and adapt the industry market insight and plan.
- Develop and manage relationships with key customers.
- Build healthy partner ecosystem in the industry.
- Develop and implement the brand plan for the industry customers.
- Ensure that the business objectives of the responsible industry are achieved.
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Customer relationship development capability: Be able to build and improve general basic customer relationships, maintain customer circles, and successfully establish good customer relationships.
- Customer requirement understanding and guidance: Be able to gain insight into customer pain points and requirements and effectively present solutions.
- Project operation capability: Act as a project organizer and be able to participate in and complete most project development tasks.
- Partner relationship building capability: Be able to establish and maintain key channel partnership.
- Transaction management capability: Be able to participate in project negotiations and successfully handle customers' requirements and complain.
- Strategic and planning capacity: develop market strategies and make feasible long-, medium- and short-term planning;
- Resource coordination capability: Be able to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources of the company to ensure the achievement of business goals.
Other Requirements:
- More than 2 years sales experience, successful large project operation experience is preferred;
- Experience in government, energy, finance, etc. is preferred;
- English and Russian as working languages are preferred.
Drive Test Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Prepare drive test requirements, cell database, digital map and test tools. Draw the drive test route and prepare the test schedule and method.
- Perform drive test (or call quality test) with test equipment
- Record the information and data in detail, submit drive test logfile to analysis team.
- Analyze the drive test logfile, give relative technical proposal and output drive test report.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and other related field from Accredited university
- Fresh graduate with basic knowledge in the area are also invited to apply.
- Has the ability to use drive test equipment,
- Be able to use test software to perform test, such as MS idle, MS call MS, MS call PSTN, Long call, Short call, Video call, FTP upload and download, Ping, etc.
- Be able to use drive test software to generate relative KPI and event reports. Can do basic analysis on the drive test reports.
- Be able to handle the abnormal issues that happen during drive test, in order to output the accurate testing result.
- Can speak English fluently. Know how to use map software(map-info, google-earth) and Microsoft office.
- Ability for Business Trips.

Wireless engineer internship (suitable for new graduates)

Skill requirement:
- Theoretical knowledge of telecommunication systems – GSM / UMTS / LTE
- Basic understanding of IT systems, computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft programs
- Good knowledge of transmitter systems and radio
- Good communication skills
- Able to speak and write in English
Responsibility:
- Wireless equipment (BSC/RNC, BTS/NodeB) commissioning, integration and acceptance
- Support in implementation of other project tasks
