Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of the Zervan platform, covering development, testing, deployment, and rollout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery forecasts.
- Coordinate backend, mobile, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and corporate infrastructure teams.
- Manage project execution through Jira and maintain project documentation in Confluence.
- Organize sprint planning, progress reviews, risk assessments, and acceptance activities.
- Coordinate business and technical acceptance, pilot deployment, and phased enterprise rollout.
- Ensure transparent communication of project status, risks, blockers, and decisions.
- Control scope changes and ensure timely resolution of cross-functional dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience managing software development projects.
- Strong practical understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and structured project governance.
- Familiarity with PMBOK v8 principles and hybrid project management.
- Proven experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of modern software architecture, REST APIs, databases, CI/CD, and mobile application delivery.
- Experience managing cross-functional software teams under demanding deadlines.
- Ability to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and escalation-management skills.
- Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with enterprise applications, HR systems, insurance technology, or workflow automation.
- Previous delivery experience involving Kubernetes, Flutter, or Python-based platforms.

Functional QA Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional tests for the Zervan web application and backend APIs.
- Validate business workflows involving time allocation, weekly submissions, approvals, rejections, resubmissions, and exception handling.
- Test role-based access control, data visibility restrictions, and organizational hierarchies.
- Verify business rules, configuration parameters, validation logic, and audit trails.
- Develop test cases, regression suites, and structured defect reports.
- Perform API testing, database verification, and integration testing.
- Validate multilingual interfaces in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to clarify expected functionality.
- Support user acceptance testing and production release verification.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Experience with Postman or equivalent API testing tools.
- Practical SQL knowledge for database verification.
- Ability to develop test cases from business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Jira or equivalent issue tracking systems.
- Understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and common authentication mechanisms.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Python or C# for automated testing.
- Experience testing enterprise workflows, authorization models, and approval systems.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as k6 or JMeter.
- Experience testing AI-assisted development outputs and identifying regression risks.
