Key responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and allocate resources required for project execution
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team
Required skills:
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (good)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Problem-solving aptitude, analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Creativity, Punctuality and Teamwork
- PMP, or Agile certification is a plus
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Integrated Security Systems is a plus
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on hardware projects including IT infrastructure and Integrated Security Systems
