Field: Online Used Car Sales – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Work type: Outsourcing (Not remote, from Baku office)
Requirements:
- #1 Requirement is being a Team player and being open to new opportunities within company
- Fluency in English is a must (At least B2 level required)
- Spanish is desirable
- Computer skills (Intermediate level+)
- High level of interpersonal, communication, presentation skills
- Experience in sales field is an advantage
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Emailing skills, such as keeping a track of various email chains
Job description:
The applicant will be involved in various types of activities such as:
- Communicating with clients either to request or to provide information.
- Answering customer questions on product inventory, helping people find the best car for their needs, and explaining the benefits of the vehicles.
- Responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Driving internet traffic into the dealership, making appointments for interested customers, and continuously following up throughout the buying process.
We offer a good environment to work with American clients and gain international experience in sales field.
Paid training period: Selected candidates will be trained for 1 month
Working hours: 5PM-1AM (1 hour break)
Day off: Once a week (any day)
Salary: 1000-2500 AZN (depends on the number of sales)
