Job Description: We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance. You will work with our team of developers and other stakeholders to optimize SQL queries, create database schemas, and improve our applications' data integration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality database solutions.
- Review and interpret ongoing business requirements.
- Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
- Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
- Suggest new queries.
- Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
- Provide timely scheduled management reporting.
- Investigate exceptions with regard to asset movements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a SQL Developer or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Good knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services.
- Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
