Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure Segment

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality sales
- Minimum 4 years of overall experience in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Azerbaijani – required
- Russian – preferred
- Chinese – considered an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and increase occupancy by building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets through proactive market engagement
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant market segments
- Represent the hotel and Hyatt brand at trade shows, corporate events, and promotional activities to maintain a high profile in the market
- Maintain accurate records and account data using the Envision system
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends
- Uphold and promote Hyatt’s core values
- Participate in training sessions and internal meetings as required
