Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Department:  Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide analytic leadership including, but not limited to, business case support, business level productivity, and sales results, annual plan forecast process;

• Financial model building;

• Analyzing performance data;

• To create strategic financial road map based on multiple forecast and models;

• To provide performance and data driven recommendations and analysis to manager;

• Conduct regular variance and profitability analysis;

• Regularly analyze scenario plan and what-if models to be ready for changing conditions on the fly;

• Manage and coordinate the key financial measurements (revenue, gross profit, expense, and profit and cash), and also advise on cost reducing techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics;

• Related work experience;

• High communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (oral, written).

• High ability to work with Microsoft office (especially Excel).

• Ability to effectively set priorities, perform multiple tasks at the same time if necessary.

• Ability to maintain resource and information security for work purposes.
