Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Campaigns Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for marketing initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate within the Advisory team to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing
- Prior experience of working in a marketing agency
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Languages:
- Azerbaijani, Russian and English – full working proficiency
