We are a transport logistics company seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift-based Driver Exchange Operations Manager. This position is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our driver exchange processes.
Responsibilities:
- Create routes and control the driver exchange process, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Resolve operational issues promptly via email or phone, providing effective solutions.
- Monitor and control the driver exchange process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor parcel transfer processes to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Systematize and transmit information efficiently to relevant departments and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (EN + RU necessary; other languages such as DE, FR, IT would be a bonus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in shifts to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and other communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in organizing driver exchanges and route scheduling.
Salary: 800 Azn Netto
