Job responsibilities are as follow:
- Providing with MRO procurement services
- Receiving RFPs from customer, modifying, analyzing and sending to appropriate vendors and manufacturers
- Analyzing the oil- gas equipment market. Finding out the most competitive prices in the world market
- Contributes to overall client satisfaction through delivery of multiple and complex spend management initiatives and prompt resolution of customer issues
- Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices
- Reviewing technical specifications for equipment and materials
- Evaluation and clarification of commercial and technical offers from vendors
- Preparing of Quotations, Purchase orders, Order Acknowledgments
- Expediting order delivery dates with vendors and inform customers on any progress
Salary: 1200-1500 AZN net
