Key Accountabilities:
- Providing deep market research beyond potential clients and competitors
- Creates develops and maintains a waitlist as needed.
- Implements marketing strategies to attract renters.
- Respond to potential clients’ inquiries
- Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of Business center available units.
- Promote unoccupied properties through various instruments
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
- Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets, then matches these needs with available properties.
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
- Prepare and handle resident files and determine current and potential tenants’ preferences.
- Conducts background and credit checks and verifies other references as directed by the Manager.
- Prepares with Legal department leases for Manager’s review and approval; obtains signatures from management and tenants.
- Coordinates move‐in dates,
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Essential Education: Bachelor’s and/ or Master’s degree in a related field
Essential Criteria:
- 3+years of professional experience in real estate sales and leasing business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Driver License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
- Huge data base of potential corporate clients/tenants for leasing
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills.
- Exquisite presentation skills
