Job Description
We need an HR Operations Specialist who will support diverse workforce administration processes, such as transfers, salary changes, promotions, and terminations. Additional duties you will carry out include fostering positive employee relations and ensuring the legal compliance of HR operations practices.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations based on Labor Code of Azerbaijan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Azerbaijani labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken Azerbaijani, good command of English.
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
