Job Description:
The Sales Specialist will support the Sales Manager in tracking sales, preparing offers, and presenting to customers. This role is crucial in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and a proactive approach to sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in tracking sales activities and performance.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed and accurate offers and quotations for customers.
- Ensure all offers comply with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and after-sales service.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to attract new customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Manage correspondence and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service or a related role.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
