We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Director to oversee daily operations for our retail store chain, manage staff, and ensure that customer service and operational standards are met. The Retail Operations Director will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, monitoring sales trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Director of Retail Operations. The Director of Retail Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service at all store locations. As a director of retail operations, your job duties include developing sales strategies and performance goals, researching and working with vendors, ordering inventory, maintaining detailed records for analysis, and evaluating sales performance.
Requirements:
- Retail Operations and Operations Management skills
- Proven team management experience
- Budgeting and financial analysis skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
- In-depth knowledge of the retail industry and trends
