Job responsibilities:
- Participates in project budget planning and development
- Establishes project work plan and calendar or schedules; monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress
- Acting as an interface between clients and the Vertex engineers (manpower: welders, pipe fitters, HVAC specialists, etc.)
- Coordinates and attends meetings; establishes and maintains internal and external contacts as necessary
- Knowledge of ISO system process
- Writing reports and presenting to clients (in English)
- Ability to take responsibility and function under minimal supervision
- Ability to work with wide range of people
Working conditions:
- Work schedule 08:00 – 17:00; 5/2
- The workplace is located in Caspian Plaza
- The salary is determined based on the candidate's knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Strong knowledge of English
- Relevant professional project planning and implementation experience
- Technical Oil and Gas background is essential
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Experience in an oil company
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs, including MS Project, is required and 1C
