QA Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in testing pre-release versions of our client and broker portals, conducting routine checks, and ensuring our platforms meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for both new features and regression testing.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and glitches to our development team.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and functionality.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of the client and broker portals to ensure continuous operational excellence.
- Participate in the design and implementation of processes for system testing and validation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA testing, preferably with web applications in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is desirable.
