Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and prepare announcements if requested
- Perform other tasks on request from Head of Legal Department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in law, Master degree is asset. 1 year of experience in as corporate lawyer
- Fluent spoken and written (Azerbaijani, English, Russian is asset). Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
