Egis Pharmaceuticals Representative Office in Azerbaijan is looking for a District Manager, who will manage team of medical representatives within an allocated geographic area. Plan and communicate targets and have overall responsibility for the achievement of targets and control of approved budget.
General responsiblities of the role:
- Maintains and increases the market share of the Representative Office through setting and achieving targets on field.
- Responsible for the application of EGIS PHARMACEUTICALS Representative Office’ promotional strategy on field while observing corporate ethical standards.
- Supervises, develops and supports a team of Medical Representative in his/her allocated area.
- Responsible for hiring, training, overseeing, motivating and appraising the performance of Medical Representatives.
- Performs double visits in the field with Medical representatives to supervise their activities and training.
- Responsible for prospecting and maintaining contacts with KOLs in the area; directly supervises the effectiveness of centrally or locally initiated activities and other promotional programs.
- Responsible for organizing and overseeing corporate presentations, seminars, round tables and other events initiated by the Representative Office.
- Responsible for the preparation and revision of Individual Plans in coordination with the Product Managers and the Field Force Manager.
- Responsible for preparing various analyses as requested by the Field Force Manager.
- Responsible for planning, following up on the activities and reporting of all Medical Representatives in the CRM system
If you have:
- Degree preferably in Medicine or Pharmacy or Economics
- Good command of Englsih
- At least 5 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical products sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Responsible and serious attitude to the performance of your professional duties;
- Team worker attitude
- Ability to take prompt and decisive actions, excellent organizational skills.
