Candidate requirements:
- Education: Higher
- Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent; English – upperintermediate
- Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work with office equipment
- Business ethics
- Pleasant and tidy appearance
- Responsible, positive, smiling and polite
Responsibilities:
- Execution of tasks given by direct management
- Organization of meetings and consultations
- Protection of data confidentiality
- Reception and service of guests
- Planning daily tasks, organizing meetings, monitoring the execution of tasks assigned to departments and conducting reports
- Directing the tasks of the management according to their assignment promptly
- Organization and execution of other works in accordance with the instructions
Working conditions:
- Working schedule: 5-days per week
- Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00
- Place of work: Baku city
- Salary: 900 azn net
