Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field preferred;
- 3-5 year work experience as a procurement specialist in the same area required;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), 1C;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English ;
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the strategic direction and leadership of multidisciplinary product teams to continuously improve products and platforms so that they meet user needs.
- To ensure resources are used in an optimal manner and the marketing team does not exceed agreed expenditure budgets
- Develop detailed sourcing and category plans to maximize effectiveness and efficiency;
- Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency;
- To manage through the marketing/product management team the MPH, marketing/annual operating planning process.;
- Follow up potential suppliers during preparation phase of tenders and guarantee necessary secrecy during tendering phase;
- Ensure the accurate completion of all procurement requests to include the proper documentation of materials and cost expenditures;
- Manage the prioritisation of product development to ensure that the products remain reliable, robust and secure, whilst also continuously improving
Terms and conditions:
- Five-days working week;
- ₼ 1500 plus annual bonus;
