Marketing specialist

Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual marketing plan.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that deliver business objectives
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Manage the development and implementation of advertising campaigns for all of products and services of the company.
- Make and control budget of advertising campaigns
- Organize the development and testing of print, audio and video advertising materials and provide suggestions on the design of print advertising materials or preliminary information for their development
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-year experience in this or similar position
- Experience in creating and implementation of creative projects
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
