Job Description:
- Responsible for the technical revision of all architecture drawings, at different phases of the work progress.
- Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors.
- Reported to the PM
- Preparation of IPCs
- Preparing technical and material submittals for consultant approval.
- Preparations of method statements.
- Preparations of schedules and plannings
- Coordinating between all company Stakeholders.
- Preparation of the Close-out Documents.
- Documenting project issues/conditions.
- Maintaining organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. working drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders … etc.) and coordinating with different teams to get these documents issued.
- Communicating projects’ progress and problems/risks/concerns to company PM
Job Requirements:
- Personal skills: Proven experience with technical drawings and details.
- Ability to manage own time.
- Interpersonal skills and effectively communicating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other team members.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English in advanced level (Turkish and Russian is desirable)
- Computer skills: MS office, AutoCAD MS project
- A Bachelor’s degree in architecture /or civil engineering (with 3 years of experience in technical office).

Job Description:
- Organize the fulfillment of tasks according to priorities and plans
- Create schedules and monitor attendance of crew
- Assign general and daily responsibilities
- Train workers and tradespeople and monitor their performance
- Manage manpower and resources٫ ensuring they are adequate
- Adhere to all safety requirements and quality standards
- Monitor the use of machinery and equipment
- Review and analyze expenditures on a regular basis٫ ensuring they remain within budget
- Troubleshoot problems when they arise

Requirements:

Site engineer

Job Description:
- Apply designs and plans to mark out the site. This may include residential, retail, office or any other projects.
- Works as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, supervisors, and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource
- Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
- Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Preparing reports as required
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Project Commercial Specialist

Job Description:
- Preparation RFPs and Tendering of Sub-Contractors as per Drawings and Specifications
- Negotiations, review and preparation of Contracts for Sub-Contractors
- Preparation of Subcontractor's agreements, advance , interim and final payment documentation and final accounts
- Negotiations and review on Variation Orders, and to make addendums/amendments to the main contract
- Preparation and execution of Final Accounts
- Review and approval of Purchase Requests to Project Procurement Specialist based on Project requirements and procured Sub-Contractors to make sure that double orders are avoided
- Develop strong working partnerships with other functions (Construction, Design, Architects, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Customs, Warehouse etc.) to enable effective communication, on-time responses, improved information flow to support project requirements in terms of budget and execution.
- Investigates potential Subcontractors to determine if they meet the specified project requirements
- Analyzes and resolves any of a wide variety of problems encountered through coordination with Internal team and Client representatives.
- Archive and storage project related commercial documentation both in hard and soft copy
- Having a control on procurement team by reviewing and approval of purchase requests for materials
- Coordination of project team, share some essential notifications during the tendering and execution of works with the technical and site team
- Preparation of cash inflow and outflow reports for the requested periods and forecasting and solving of the future cash related problems
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read drawings and layouts is required with basic knowledge of AutoCAD functions as a benefit and MS Office applications.
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Turkish (good) and Russian (good).
- Personal skills: Attentive to details, Negotiation skills, Team worker
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3-4 years of experience in construction industry
- Knowledge of tracking, planning, scheduling,
