Senior Reporting Specialist

The appropriate candidate for us should have:
- Be in possession of a university degree in Accountancy, Finance or an equivalent qualification;
- 3+ years of experience;
- Professional qualifications in accounting and finance such as ACCA;
- Previous Big4 audit experience is preferable;
- Be able to work on cross-functional engagements with other departments within the company;
- Have an excellent command of English and Azerbaijani;
- Be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills;
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment;
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning;
- To execute Financial Statement Analysis.
Key Accountabilities:
- Financial analysis including monthly management reporting with explanation of results, identification of trends in financial performance, and recommendations for improvement;
- Ensuring compliance of all documents with company charter, professional standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and statutory accounting norms;
- Ensuring quality control of financial transactions and presentation of financial reports;
- Coordinating the preparation of materials for external audits and financial statements for external institutions, coordinating the activities of external auditors and researching their suggestions and recommendations;
- Preparing reports for senior management presentations for the board of directors, ad-hoc analysis;
- Preparation of monthly management reports to main stakeholders based on pre-defined terms;
- Preparation and review of IFRS and Statutory Reporting and follow constant evolutions in standards and requirements. Ensure proper and accurate application;
- Participating in the improvement of company ERP in extracting financial statements.
Additional information:
- Salary will be agreed during the interview within the existing grading system;
- Lunch and transportation will be provided by the company;

- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
- The place of work is in Sumgayit city, HZ Tagiyev settlement.
