Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Buy materials/services on behalf of the company and its projects, optimizing costs, observing requested time limits, and quality standards
- Collaborate in defining project vendor list;
- Issue requests for offers on the basis of requests for procurement , must contain instructions necessary for deciding on an adequate and complete offer: technical specifications, general buying conditions and details, time limit for presentation of offer;
- Follow up potential suppliers during preparation phase of tenders and guarantees necessary secrecy during tendering phase;
- Prepare and conduct negotiations, further checking if detailed technical specifications are guaranteed, also checking whether detailed economical specifications given in the Bidding phase are consistent with those reported in the final contract;
- Check that supplier accepts the order;
- Inform unsuccessful vendors on the results of the tender;
- Follow up any subsequent revisions of the order;
- Guarantee that feedback is received on supply quality;
- Check on correct transfer of goods and materials;
- Issue periodic reports and/or request on progress of activities;
- Assist with agenda development for pre-bid and pre-award meetings for project procurement;
- Help coordinate activities with operations and maintenance team members;
- Solicit and help tabulate commercial evaluations from bids;
- Prepare purchase orders, deal with subcontracts, and help with sub-consultant agreements;
- Assist in the execution of online bidding records;
- Ensuring regional and local input is duly considered in all Global Supply Management Projects;
- Driving implementation and compliance of Global Supply Management Strategies and ensuring that common standards, procedures and processes are followed, and best practices are utilize to improve PO life cycle constantly;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Superior.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant manufacturing and/or commercial experience;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing role is desirable;
- Good PC knowledge, including MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word and Excel);
- Knowledge of regulations and laws (Incoterms);
- Good communication, coordination, and organization skills;
- Self-discipline, mature attitudes and behaviors;
- Well organized and proactive;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Commitment to safe working practices, policies, and legislation.

Junior Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Specialist

Job responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in testing, installation, updating, and development of the appropriate human resource management system
- Assist in the creation of electronic document circulation tools, implementation of innovations, and healthy functioning of existing tools
- Making sure that the automatic letters sent by the system according to the workflow are in good layout and design, if necessary, prepare new layouts and designs through special programs (html, css editor)
- Control the general statuses of requests created in electronic document circulation tools
- Prepare reports on open and expired requests on a regular basis
- Manage HRIS technical support platform, resolve incoming queries or direct them to relevant persons
- Provide on-site or remote technical support to HRIS users and prepare instructional materials and manuals as needed
- Create different databases and tables according to the needs
- Insert data to relevant HRIS, databases, and tables
- Provide HRIS user groups with secure access to data according to their privilege levels
- Give suggestions on the visual appearance of the reports prepared for management and adaptation to the "user-friendly" concept
- Prepare the organizational chart in relevant business applications, regularly update it according to the internal structure and other changes
- Update the changed data in the "Active directory" applications parallel to the change of employee data (mobile number, position, department, etc.) in the relevant human resources management system
- Ensure that the turnover staff list is updated daily for various purposes.
Required qualifications:
