Requirements:
- Higher education in legal, economics, international relations
- 1-3 years of experience in the contract environment, drafting & reviewing contractual documents or procedure documentation;
- Legal/Administration background;
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Professience in Microsoft Products such as Excel, Word, Outlook
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in reviewing and redlining commercial contracts (preffered);
- Knowledge in contract and commercial management matters;
- Understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions;
- High level of diligence, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask within tight timelines and limited supervision;
- Excellent communication skills.
Our conditions:
- Employment agreement in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Location – Baku
- Salary – 1600 gross
- Availability of service transport
- Working schedule – full time (10:00 – 19:00)
