On June 6, the Sea Breeze Investment Open Day, dedicated to real estate market trends and investment opportunities, was held at the Sea Breeze resort town.

According to FED.az, the event brought together representatives of the financial and development sectors, providing a platform for discussing the development trends of Azerbaijan’s real estate market and current investment opportunities.

As part of the program, speeches were delivered by Ayaz Taghiyev, Commercial Director of Sea Breeze; Ena-Camelia Melikova, Director of Sales and Investments at Sea Breeze; and Emin Garibli, PhD in Economics and Associate Professor at the Department of International Economics of UNEC. The discussions focused on the dynamics of Azerbaijan’s real estate market, the prospects of resort real estate, and the investment potential of Sea Breeze projects.

Representatives of Azerbaijan’s leading bank, ABB, as well as major life insurance companies including PASHA Life, Meqa Life, Xalq Life, Ateshgah Life and Qala Life also participated in the event. Representatives of the bank and insurance companies presented current solutions in mortgage financing, insurance, installment payment plans, and Trade-In programs, and answered participants’ questions.

Guests were also offered guided tours of the resort town’s key locations, existing infrastructure facilities, and new projects currently under development.
