Project Coordinator to join us and support the team that develops smart and scalable solutions in HR and CV/resume/cover letter making industry to provide a solid experience for the users. Assistant Project Manager will work with various stakeholders to monitor project progress and report to Project Director. This role is also responsible for performing additional tasks given by the Project Director.

Skills and abilities:
- Having experience working with projects
- Should have skills working with customers
- University degree (Bachelor's minimum)
- Work closely with Project Director and keep track of and report on project progress
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowing Russian is an advantage, not mandatory
- Communicating, writing emails to stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
- High communication, research, analysing, organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter that can multi-task and prioritize.
- Mid-level use of MS Office. It will be taught during a 3-month probation period.
- Perform other tasks or assignments as requested by the Project Director orderly and efficiently
- - We work 10:00 – 19:00 from office #NOT remote! (13:00-14:00 lunch break)
Salary: 1200 AZN during 3-month probation period. Increased salary after probation period.

- Finding potential link creators and assisting in the content topic selection process.
- Investigating and finding websites that have potential to provide backlinks to our contents.
- Contacting potential backlink providers via various communication tools and techniques and asking for backlinks.
Working hours: We work 10:00 – 19:00 from the office #NOT remote! (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
