Responsibilities:

• Supporting the recruitment of a team of highly qualified analysts;

• Management of a group of analysts;

• Participate in the development of the portfolio strategy, including the outsider work with consultants;

• Development of a financial model of the company's portfolio;

• Development of recommendations for investments in the company's portfolio in order to optimize;

• Participate in decision-making on company projects.

Position requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience;

• At least 10 years of experience in analytical work in the field of finance, economic analysis, investment analysis;

• At least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry;

• In-depth experience in financial modeling;

• In-depth experience in strategic planning;

• Advanced skills in creating reports and presentations, making investment decisions experience and skills in creating support packages;

• Higher education in business, economics, finance; MBA or in finance, strategy, business master's degree;

• Acquisition of ACCA, CIMA, CFA certificates is an important advantage;

• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages;

• Responsibility, communication skills, ability to work in a team.

The department's area of ​​responsibility includes planning, building, monitoring, analyzing and evaluating organizational and project effectiveness, as well as developing recommendations for improving the performance of the company and its assets.

Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment of a team of highly professional analysts;

• Management of the analytical team;

• Annual and long-term financial and operating KPIs for the company and its divisions creation, definition of norms and success indicators;

• Preparation of interim and annual activity reports (plan / fact) for the company's management;

• Assets for periodic review of performance, company management and interventions give recommendations for;
