Work Location: Baku
Reports To: QA/QC Manager
Purpose of Position: Support Quality Manager with the implementation of QC programmes and procedures.
Key accountabilities:
- Understand and contribute to preparation of POQR as required;
- Review of Supplier / Sub-Suppliers documentation - ITP's and SDR's;
- Receive NOIs and carry out inspections;
- Coordinate QC Inspectors;
- Communicate and coordinate with inspection agencies when required;
- Participate in QC Inspections; Ensure verification, validation and testing through participation / witnessing equipment test, etc;
- Review/comment on/distribute inspection reports;
- Ensure completion of punch list items;
- Raise, investigate and report Non-Conformance Reports;
- Review and agree Supplier Deviation/Concession Requests from quality perspective;
- Support POMT in resolution of any quality issues;
- Act as communication link between the Company and Suppliers;
- Provide assurance of HSE requirements;
- Participate in / lead internal and external audits when required;
- Assist with lessons learned review and risk and opportunity assessment;
- Provide timely statistics report on the KPI’s set;
- Other QA / QC responsibilities as required.
Specific responsibilities:
- Knowledge and work practice with International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC Standard)
- Verification of technical procedures, drawings and certificates.
- Assurance of Ex Certification
- Assurance of PMS, CDAS and ICSS interfaces
Experience, Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- +10 years of relevant experience
- A recognised university degree or equivalent engineering qualification.
- Certification in CompEx (1, 2, 3, 4 & 12A/B) is required.
