Position Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and oversee digital and offline sales activities across multiple hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales & marketing plans to increase revenue, occupancy, ADR, and market share.
- Drive corporate and individual sales performance.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, OTAs, and online reputation.
- Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Build and manage a high-performing Sales & Marketing team with clear KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years in hotel sales & marketing; 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in revenue management, digital marketing, and distribution channels.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, PMS, and digital marketing tools.
