Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to build and implement the HR system from the ground up. This role is essential for shaping the company's HR structure, establishing a KPI system, and leading recruitment processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies to support the company’s goals and improve overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR policies and procedures to meet the company’s objectives.
- Establish a KPI system for performance management, aligning individual and team goals with business targets.
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and ensure a high level of employee engagement and retention.
- Implement employee development programs, including training, career development, and succession planning.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring alignment with market trends.
- Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace issues or grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the production or services sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, KPI development, and performance management.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English proficiency is an advantage.
