Cost Controller

We are currently looking for a Cost Controller to join our team.
The main responsibilities:
- Determine costs and efficiency of company purchasing activities;
- Monitor expenses and ensure the accurate recording by established guidelines.
- Investigate and critique variances to budget or the prior year
- Participate in the inventory count process, and identify differences between actual count and system
- Identify wastage and explain the reason for it
- Monitor purchasing prices of goods or services, make frequent comparisons, and ensure there are proper bid-tabs
- Collect and compile purchasing data for analysis;
Requirements:
- University degree in accounting, finance, or business with an emphasis in accounting, or a related field preferred;
- Fluent Azerbaijani Knowledge essential. Good English and Russian is an asset
- Minimum 3 years of previous accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience;
- Strong computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office, especially strength in Excel;
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, standards and regulations;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Working conditions:
- Employment agreement in accordance with the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Job Location: Heydar Aliyev International Airport
- Work schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week, 2 Days off
- Salary –1800 net
- Availability of service transportation from the metro station.
