Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)
Job Description
- Quote new business
- Run Daily Report from each carrier for cancellations , renewals , expiration dates .
- Have New business signatures completed within 24 hours of binder .
- Issue certificates of insurance , billing issues , evidence of insurance , etc as needed
- Process Endorsements such as adding / removing vehicles , drivers , change mortgagee , as requested but not limited to what is mentioned above
- Keep a 24 hour or less turnaround time on emails , returning voicemails and any other communication
- Individual lines quoting needs to be done within same day
- Commercial quoting turnaround time should be 2-4 business days , with daily updates to the client .
- Manage AMS Client Center for all current clients
- Set new birthday , renewal reminder campaigns , referral campaigns for new clients as sales is completed .
- Set Follow - ups for work needed to make sure assignments are 100 % completed
Qualifications and special skills required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong customer service and communication skills with excellent problem solving
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (Important)
- Excellent active listening and quick learning skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

Majority of work will be performed with citizens of the United States of America.
Working hours: Night shift
- 20:00 (Evening) - 05:00 AM (morning)
- Monday to Friday
