İş barədə məlumat
- Şirkətin məhsul və xidmətlərinin satışını təşkil etmək
- Müştərilərlə görüşlərin keçirilməsi
- Görüş zamanı şirkət məhsullarının təqdimatının aparılması. Bazar araşdırması aparmaq və müştəri tələbatını müəyyənləşdirmək
- Müştəriləri satış üçün məhsula cəlb etmək,satışın reallaşması
- Satış planlarının hazırlanması və icrasına nəzarət etmək
- Hər gün təqdimat keçirdiyi müştərilər barədə hesabatın verilməsi
İş şəraiti
- İş saatı: 11:00 dan- 20:00 dək
- Həftədə 5 gün iş günü
- Əmək haqqı 1000-3000 AZN
- Azərbaycan Respublikası əmək məcəlləsinə uyğun olaraq rəsmiləşdirmə
Tələblər
- Satış sektorunda satış və ya xidmət üzrə mütəxəssis kimi ən azı 2 il iş təcrübəsi;
- Güclü ünsiyyət və şəxsiyyətlərarası bacarıqlar;
- MS Office, xüsusən MS Excel-də işləmə bacarığı;
- Satış prinsipləri və müştəri xidməti təcrübələrinin dərindən başa düşülməsi;
- Sənədlər və müqavilələrlə işləmək bacarığı;

Accounting Specialist

Role Overview:
- MS LOGISTICS, is fast growing freight forwarding company in the International Logistics company, is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented “Accounting Specialist” to optimize our daily logistics operations. Logistics accounting involves tracking and managing the financial aspects of logistics operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing budgets for logistics departments, ensuring that expenses align with financial goals.
- Handling billing and invoicing related to logistics services, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Generating financial reports that provide insights into logistics costs, performance metrics and profit margins.
- Assessing the value of inventory to determine carrying costs and improve financial planning.
- Ensuring that all accounting practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyzing cost data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Reviewing contracts with suppliers, carriers, and service providers to ensure financial compliance and adherence to terms.
- Working closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasts.
- Monitoring logistics performance metrics and assessing the financial impact of logistics activities.
- Communicating logistics financial data and insights to management and other stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Identifying financial risks in logistics operations and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.
Requirements
- A bachelor/master’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in logistics);
- Proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in working with foreign internet banking systems, including international payments, transfers, and account management.
- Working knowledge of IFRS.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (logistics management software is preferred).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
Working conditions:
- Location: Baku city;
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 working days per week;
- Salary- 1900 AZN
- Working hours: 15:00 - 02:00;
- Lunch time in the office – 1 hour

This role is essential for ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
- Manage and optimize transportation routes, warehouse operations, and inventory control to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with global agents, truckers, shipping lines, airlines and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment processing.
- Oversee import/export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and local laws.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with customers’ procurement, sales, and project teams to align logistics plans with business needs.
- Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and warehouse operators to secure favorable terms.
- Address and resolve logistical challenges, including delays, damages, and supplier issues.
- Ensure all logistics activities adhere to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics operations, performance trends, and cost analysis to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics, supply chain, or transportation management;
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and international freight operations.
- Fluent spoken and written English skills;
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics management software is preferred;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Working conditions:
- Location: Baku city
- Sector: International Logistics of Containers from Country to Country
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 working days per week;
- Working hours: 3 p.m. – 02 a.m. (at the office and online)
- Lunch time in the office – 1 hour
