- Compensation: Base Salary 900 AZN + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Active Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound searches (LinkedIn, industry databases) to identify new corporate clients and untapped market opportunities.
- Client Outreach: Execute daily cold calling and digital outreach campaigns to decision-makers to introduce our diverse portfolio of training courses.
- Consultative Sales: specific needs of potential clients and recommend the right training solutions (e.g., In-House, Virtual, or Classroom courses).
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on global Oil & Gas trends to effectively communicate with industry leaders.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and deal stages in the company database.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English and Russian (Written & Verbal) is mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly master new software and CRM tools.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales or business development is preferred (but not mandatory). Comfort with cold calling and objection handling is essential.
- Soft Skills: Ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient with excellent interpersonal skills.
