Marketing Specialist

Information:
- Location: Deniz Mall 2nd floor
- Capacity: 40+ guests
- Employment Type: Full-time (5 days a week work schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Manage CASA’s social media accounts and ensure consistent brand image and communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries on all social platforms
- Participate in photo and video shoots; organize and coordinate the production process
- Create engaging content plans and write copy for posts, captions, and promotional materials
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly social media content calendars
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Oversee preparation and distribution of advertising materials
Conduct market and competitor analysis, keeping track of trends and best practices
Assist in organizing marketing events and supporting brand promotion activitie
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience (preferably in social media or digital marketing)
- Native Azerbaijani, B2 level Russian and English – mandatory
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Proven experience in content creation (text, photo, video)
- Basic video shooting and editing skills are an advantage
- Creative mindset with strong communication and analytical skills
- Responsible, punctual, and a strong team player
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position
- Work schedule: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
- If required, overtime or weekend work will be compensated in accordance with labor law
- Salary: 800–1200 AZN (depending on experience and qualifications)
