Job Summary:
The Head of Logistics Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and high-quality delivery of goods and services. This role oversees warehousing, transportation, customs, and distribution operations, while driving continuous improvement and aligning logistics strategies with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute logistics strategies to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of warehousing, transportation, and distribution across all regions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics leadership team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards in all logistics processes.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare regular management reports.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, product, and finance teams to align logistics with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and digitalization of logistics processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
