Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, detergents, and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with laundry services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in laundry operations or management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of laundry equipment, maintenance, and cleaning products.
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
