Location: Baku city, Garadagh region, Baku-Astara highway 25km.
We seek talented individuals who share our vision and commitment to innovation and quality. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Commercial Department.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to assess the viability of prospective projects.

- Deliver cost-benefit analyses to guide critical “go/no-go” investment decisions.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Finance, Operations and Project Management teams to collect data and assess project feasibility.
- Generate actionable, data-driven insights to support senior management in strategic planning.
- Present complex findings effectively through clear, structured presentations and data storytelling (MS PowerPoint).
- Track industry developments, benchmark performance against competitors and contribute to long-term commercial strategies.
- Apply risk assessment techniques, including sensitivity and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation methods, IRR & NPV calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards).
- Experience with building dashboards using business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis platforms.
- Solid understanding of project economics in capital-intensive industries (shipbuilding, oil & gas, heavy industry preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage tight deadlines.
