A detailed-oriented and proactive AR accountant to manage accounting of sales-related transactions within the Company.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit sales invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Submitting e-qaime in accordance with local tax regulations
- Communicate with customers regarding invoicing matters, outstanding balances, and payment status.
- Maintain and update AR ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Support monthly closing activities and provide AR-related reports to management.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary AR documentation.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic or a related field.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of local e-invoicing systems and tax compliance.
- ACCA F3 certification will be considered privilege.
- Attention to details and ability to work independently under deadlines.
