Responsibilities
- Generating creative ideas and conceptualizing design solutions based on briefs, project objectives, and target audience preferences.
- Develop visual branding elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines that reflect a company's identity, values, and personality.
- Designs for various print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, and signage, ensuring that the designs are visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Work closely with the product, technology and editorial teams to design user-centered interfaces
- Design graphics for digital platforms such as websites, social media, mobile apps, and multimedia presentations, considering factors like user experience, responsiveness, and interactivity.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry to maintain relevance and enhance their skill sets.
- Generating drafts and mockups of proposed designs and make revisions as requested
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects (branding, digital, catalogue, promo products, presentation)
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of Figma, After Effects and Premier Pro is a significant advantage
- Mid-level UI & UX skills is must
- Experience with both print and digital media
- Proficiency with the techniques, tools, and technologies necessary for outstanding design work
- Initiative and creative
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education
- Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details
- Time management and organizational skills
- Team player, enthusiast
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani is must, English and Russian are advantage
- Work experience in GO/NGOs, global projects, banking, telecommunication sectors is advantage.
