Tələb olunan bilik və bacarıqlar:
- Ali və ya orta ixtisas təhsili.
- Anbar sahəsində minimum 2 il iş təcrübəsi.
- Azərbaycan dili – səlis; ingilis dili – orta səviyyədə.
- Anbar uçotu və idarəetməsi üzrə biliklər.
- MS Office proqramlarında (xüsusilə Excel) və 1C proqramında işləmək bacarığı.
Vəzifə öhdəliklər:
- Anbara daxil olan və çıxan malların qəbulunu, yoxlanılmasını və düzgün qeydiyyatını təmin etmək.
- Malların anbar daxilində düzgün yerləşdirilməsini və saxlanma qaydalarına riayət olunmasını təşkil etmək.
- Inventar sayımını mütəmadi aparmaq və qalıqların uçotunu 1C və digər anbar proqramlarında dəqiq şəkildə aparmaq.
- Anbar sənədlərinin (qəbul-təhvil aktları, qaimələr və s.) hazırlanması və arxivləşdirilməsini təmin etmək.
- Müvafiq şöbələrlə koordinasiya edərək sifarişlərin vaxtında hazırlanmasını və təhvil verilməsini təmin etmək.
- Anbarda nizam-intizamın, təhlükəsizlik və sanitariya qaydalarının qorunmasına nəzarət etmək.

ASG Sky Catering, located at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, is seeking a candidate for the position of Store Keeper.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Higher or vocational secondary education.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the warehouse field.
- Azerbaijani – fluent; English – good level.
- Knowledge of warehouse accounting and management.
- Ability to work with MS Office programs (especially Excel) and 1C.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the receipt, inspection and proper registration of incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse.
- Organize the proper placement and storage of goods in accordance with storage regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in 1C and other warehouse systems.
- Prepare and archive warehouse documentation (acceptance-delivery acts, invoices, etc.).
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Monitor order, safety and sanitary standards within the warehouse.
Working Conditions:
- Employment relations are regulated in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Work location: Baku city, Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
- Work schedule: Shift-based (1st day: Day shift (08:00–20:00), 2nd day: Night shift (20:00–08:00) followed by 2 days off).
- The company provides free shuttle transportation from various locations (Koroglu metro station, Bakikhanov, Amirjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani, etc.).
- Lunch is provided by the company.

- Avadanlıqlarda yaranmış nasazıqların aradan qaldırılmaq
- Şəbəkələrini nəzarətdə saxlamaq

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Auditor to join our internal audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements across various business units, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations and control environment.
The main responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of annual audit work plans and ensure alignment with audit standards and company objectives.
- Lead and oversee the planning and execution of financial, operational, and compliance audits while adhering to audit methodologies and industry best practices.
- Perform detailed testing of key controls, identify possible issues, be alert to fraud risks, ensure the accuracy of audit findings and do timely and proper documentation of these findings.
- Prepare audit reports, including findings and recommendations, and present to audit managers for review.
- Evaluate the organization’s risk management and governance processes and contribute suggestions for improvement.
- Conduct follow-up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective remediation.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior auditors and assist in their professional development.
- Assist in special investigations and ad-hoc audit requests from management or the board.
- Review the work of junior staff, ensuring that audit conclusions are well-supported by evidence.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit-related field. (Master’s degree/MBA is advantage)
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA: min F7 or Dip.IFR, partial or full CIA, CIMA is a big advantage).
Experience, Skills & Competency Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant audit experience, 2 years in senior position (Previous work experience in a Big 4 audit companies is an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate internal controls and provide recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff members.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Team player.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
