Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the production and processing of agricultural products while promoting sustainable and innovative development in the food sector. We engage in diverse activities, from grain cultivation to producing essential food items like milk and flour.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of projects from initiation to closure;
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria;
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Lead project teams and provide direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle;
- Monitor project progress, budget, and performance against established goals and metrics;
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures;
- Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's business goals and delivering maximum value;
- Reviewing project proposals and approving or denying them accordingly;
- Ensure compliance with local laws and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 5–6 years of practical experience in related fields, at least 3 years of work experience in project management;
- Experience managing, designing, implementing and evaluating multiple projects;
- Project management certification preferred;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, additional languages are a plus;
- Demonstrated interpersonal, management and communication skills;
- Technical proficiency with industry software and project management software;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good budgeting skills and the ability to reduce cost without making an adjustment that affects the quality;
- Results-driven and detail-oriented.
