Additional Information:
- 5-day working week; 09:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities:
- Enhance geological software and services business
- Develop business in Data Management and Software Support services
- Manage and plan projects
- Engage in technical sales
- Provide technical support to the geoscience services team
- Assist managers, the Processing Supervisor, and Supervisors in identifying improvements to enhance service quality for clients
- Manage geoscience project resources to meet project specifications and deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geoscience, Geology, or Geophysics
- Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates may also apply)
- Good computer skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient user of geographic software and technology
- Great communication skills in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers, approach leads, and build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs set by the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products or services and communicate their value to clients effectively.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions to match those needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Record all customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the company’s CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status for management review.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field)
- 2-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and product development.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
- Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English and Russian languages.
