This role will cover mainly strategic part of HR and will be involved in implementation of reward & recognition, general HR operations, organizational development, performance appraisal as well as recruitment of personnel.
HR Generalist - Operational direction:
- good command of AZE and ENG who can be cultural fit to our team
- strong knowledge of Labor Legislation
- flexible to handle other HR duties, if required
HR Generalist - Rewards & Performance direction but ready to handle other HR duties:
- excellent command of AZE & ENG is essential as the position holder should communicate fluently in both languages
- RUS is desirable
- understanding / experience in production is essential
Salary: 2500 and 3000 azn NET
