Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in petroleum engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managerial role with at least of intensive field experience in well integrity.
Technical:
- Proficiency in providing technical support on well integrity matters such as pressure, temperature, and fluid migration.
- Ability to interpret complex data, like cement bond logs, and make informed decisions.
Non Technical:
- Adept at functioning harmoniously within a team environment.
- Strong communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
- Proven competence in managing time effectively and handling diverse workloads.

- Excellent knowledge of drilling, completions, interventions and well integrity
- Experience in developing & implementing new standards and procedures to enhance reservoir management well designs, drilling, completions & interventions
- Experience in conducting technical Peer
- Reviews of subsurface deliverables drilling, completions and interventions
- Experience in developing technical competency, mentoring and coaching programs
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Operator experience is essential
Non technical:
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Competent in oral and written English
