• Plana uyğun pul vəsaitlərinin daxil olmaları və debitor borclanmaların nəzarəti ;
• Güclü komandanın qurulması;

• Bazarın aktual qiymət siyasətini təhlil etmək

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Auditor to join our internal audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements across various business units, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations and control environment.

The main responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of annual audit work plans and ensure alignment with audit standards and company objectives.
• Lead and oversee the planning and execution of financial, operational, and compliance audits while adhering to audit methodologies and industry best practices.
• Perform detailed testing of key controls, identify possible issues, be alert to fraud risks, ensure the accuracy of audit findings and do timely and proper documentation of these findings.
• Prepare audit reports, including findings and recommendations, and present to audit managers for review.
• Evaluate the organization’s risk management and governance processes and contribute suggestions for improvement.
• Conduct follow-up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective remediation.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior auditors and assist in their professional development.
• Assist in special investigations and ad-hoc audit requests from management or the board.
• Review the work of junior staff, ensuring that audit conclusions are well-supported by evidence.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit-related field. (Master’s degree/MBA is advantage)
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA: min F7 or Dip.IFR, partial or full CIA, CIMA is a big advantage).

Experience, Skills & Competency Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant audit experience, 2 years in senior position (Previous work experience in a Big 4 audit companies is an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate internal controls and provide recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff members.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Team player.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Position responsibilities:

• Offering timely legal advice to the company’s leadership on key issues affecting business operations.
• Preparing, reviewing, and formalizing vendor contracts, service agreements, and employment-related contractual documents.
• Ensuring full legal compliance of mergers, acquisitions, and any corporate restructuring activities.
• Monitoring adherence to all applicable laws and regulatory requirements relevant to the company’s business processes in Azerbaijan.
• Assessing legal risks associated with business decisions and operational activities, and proposing mitigation measures.
• Drafting and updating contracts, terms & conditions, confidentiality agreements, privacy policies, and other essential legal documentation.

• Supporting the effective planning and monitoring of the legal department’s budget.
• Analyzing legal matters that may influence the company’s operations and providing clear recommendations.
• Managing litigation processes, coordinating with external lawyers when necessary.

Education and experience:

• Law degree in Azerbaijani law (bachelor’s degree a must, master’s degree an advantage).
• Law degree from foreign university an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience practicing Azerbaijani law.
• Profound knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English language (including legal writing skills).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
