We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address guest concerns.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock control procedures.
Requirements

- Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills; Russian is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or other Food & Beverage establishment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations.
Working Conditions
- Working schedule: 5 days per week.
- Lunch is provided by the company.
- Salary: 800–1100 AZN (depending on experience and qualifications).

Reservations Supervisor
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
- Ensure accurate handling of reservations and guest requests.
- Monitor room availability, booking status, and reservation procedures.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and communication.
- Prepare reports and support the team in achieving departmental targets.
- Assist in training and guiding reservation team members.
Main Requirements
- Prior experience in the Reservations Department is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages.
- Good working knowledge of OPERA PMS and MS Office programs.
- ACCOR or other international hotel brand experience is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions

Əsas vəzifələr
- Rezervasiya şöbəsinin gündəlik fəaliyyətinə nəzarət etmək.
- Rezervasiyaların və qonaq sorğularının düzgün şəkildə idarə olunmasını təmin etmək.
- Otaq mövcudluğu, bron vəziyyəti və rezervasiya prosedurlarını izləmək.
- Əməliyyatların düzgün icrası üçün Front Office və Satış şöbələri ilə koordinasiyalı işləmək.
- Yüksək səviyyədə qonaq xidməti və effektiv kommunikasiya təmin etmək.
- Hesabatların hazırlanması və şöbə hədəflərinə nail olunmasına dəstək göstərmək.
- Rezervasiya komandasının təlim və inkişaf prosesində iştirak etmək.
Əsas tələblər
- Rezervasiya şöbəsində əvvəlki iş təcrübəsi üstünlük hesab olunur.
- Müvafiq sahədə minimum 2 il iş təcrübəsi.
- Azərbaycan, rus və ingilis dillərində yazılı və şifahi ünsiyyət bacarığı.
- OPERA PMS və MS Office proqramları üzrə yaxşı biliklər.
- ACCOR və ya digər beynəlxalq hotel brendlərində iş təcrübəsi üstünlükdür.
- Güclü təşkilatçılıq və ünsiyyət bacarıqları.
- Detallara diqqət və dinamik mühitdə işləmək bacarığı.
İş şəraiti
- Həftədə 5 iş günü.
- Nahar şirkət tərəfindən təmin olunur.
- Əmək haqqı: 1000–1100 AZN NET (namizədin təcrübə və kvalifikasiyasından asılı olaraq).
- Peşəkar inkişaf və karyera yüksəlişi imkanı.
