Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy CEO to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment systems, banking, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the Azerbaijani market. This role is critical in shaping the strategic direction of our company and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO in developing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures.

Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all business processes.

Lead and manage key departments, including payment systems, banking operations, compliance, and regulatory affairs.

Ensure the company’s activities comply with local and international regulations, particularly in the financial sector.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, regulators, and partners.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in financial technology solutions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with regulatory bodies.

Act as a key decision-maker in the absence of the CEO.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the financial technology or banking sector.

In-depth knowledge of payment systems, banking operations, and regulatory frameworks in Azerbaijan.

Strong understanding of international financial regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with business goals.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving performance.

Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian language skills are a plus.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, or similar is preferred.
